Styling Services
How do I book a styling consultation?
All consultations start by filling out the inquiry form on our website. Once your form and non-refundable fee are submitted, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule your session.
Are in-home styling services available?
Yes, in-home styling services are available in North Carolina. For locations outside the state, additional travel fees apply.
What happens during a consultation?
During the consultation, Adae will review your style questionnaire, discuss your wardrobe goals, and provide personalized recommendations.
Can I book Adae for a corporate or group styling session?
Yes, Adae offers event or corporate styling services tailored to your needs. Please inquire through the contact form for a customized quote.
Artwork Purchases
What types of artwork does Adae create?
Adae specializes in Black art that celebrates identity, body positivity, and fashion. Pieces range from small (11×14) to large (60×40) and are created using various mediums like charcoal, acrylic, and watercolor.
Can I request custom or commissioned artwork?
At this time, Adae does not take commissions. However, you may inquire about unique requests via the contact form, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are prints of Adae’s artwork available?
Not currently, but this may be an option in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
How do I care for my artwork?
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. Framing is recommended for long-term preservation.
Policies and Shipping
What is Adae’s return policy for artwork?
All sales are final due to the unique nature of the artwork. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a review.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location and will be provided at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule a styling consultation?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to reschedule without penalty. Missed appointments result in a forfeited consultation fee.
How is my personal data handled?
We value your privacy and ensure that your personal data is used solely to provide services. We never share or sell your information to third parties.
