Consultation fees are non-refundable and must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

All artwork sales are final. In case of shipping damage, report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Prices are subject to change.

Adae is not responsible for third-party errors, shipping delays, or technical issues affecting the website.
