1. Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Payments are non-refundable once processed.
2. Shipping Policy
Orders ship via standard or express carriers, with tracking provided. International buyers are responsible for import duties.
3. Returns & Refunds
All artwork sales are final. Damaged orders must be reported within 7 days for review.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
